  • Raises for nonunion workers OK'd

    The Schuylkill Valley School Board has approved a 3 percent wage increase for nonunion support staff for the 2010-11 school year. About 50 secretaries, aides and technology specialists will receive increases, said Dr. Solomon R. Lausch, superintendent.
