    Officials with the University of Texas say 19-year-old Colton Tooley fired several shots inside the Perry Castaneda Library on the UT campus Tuesday morning. That is on the corner of 21st and Speedway. Reports indicate the man shot himself on the sixth floor of that building. No other injuries have been reported.
